- Download DVD To MPEG 3.0 and install it to your PC, you also can order the full version.

- Put DVD disc into your DVD Driver, then DVD to MPEG will auto recogize it and load movie from DVD disc, or you can click add button to open IFO file in your hard disc and load video from IFO files.
- Click button "Destination" to specify the destination for output file.
Step 2:

 to start converting, and finally you can get a mpeg file.
